i was wondering if i need to rejet my 4-wheeler?All that is on it is a fmf powercore4(slip-on) and a k&n air filter?

Yes, the changes you mentioned would call for re-jetting. ;)

well i talked to the honda dealership and they said as long as it ran fine and didnt backfire flames out of pipe then dont mess with it?
well flames would mean rich so how do they know its not lean? i say rejet it

Flames are not a sign of being rich.......flames and popping is a sign of being lean. ;)

i have a 07' 250ex and i was wondering what your jetting it at my stock is main-95 pilot 42
