will a set of houser a arms off of a 400ex fit on a 450R??

No. 400ex a arms fit a 300ex but not a 450r unless you cut the mounts off teh frame and reweld them.

Yea I have a 300ex and I know 400ex a arms will fit on it but I am getting a new front end for my 450r and i measured it all to se if my stock 450r front end will fit the 300ex but the 450r a arms have more spread out mounts. I have seeen people cut the mounts on their 300ex and do it but that is dumb becuase I would never mess with any of the welds on a frame becuase the geometry is like it should be and you could mess it up with welding it back togather and it is less time consuming and cheaper to just get extended a arms for whatever you need.
