Looking for a winter project sport quad

i am looking for a project for the winter. Just so the motor runs doesnt mater how it runs jsut so it will start up. Dont care wat it looks like or wat it is missed jsut so its cheap and has a title and aint far from western PA. About 40 minutes northwest or pitt
