i live on a farm and race around with friends, im looking at how much faster will this make me go and how much more accleration? is it worth the money for me to get and will i risk blowing my motor up with over reving it?

no not really much difference on a stock motor will run about the same unless you had a big bore and other goodies

I agree, the stock engine will not rev to the box's limit. Curtis sparks makes a timing advance key that is supposed to help out.
