are you talking like a kit with plates and all, or just plates. I have ebc fiber plates and springs in mine and its been three years with no problems.

Im not too sure about the tusks. I know the ebc plates are good because i have used them. I got the fiber plates and springs and reused my stock steel plates. I scuffed them up with scotch brite first though.

I would just go with stock and heavy duty springs. We do that with our sport bikes and its feels great! grabs real nice and your clutch wont feel hard like some kits out there, keeps it effertless.
