400+ 4stroke or 250+ 2 stroke

I'm looking for a used quad preferably a 400ex or 250r with a stock motor and some suspension upgrades (arms and shocks)... I live on the west coast so shipping is an issue, but im pretty much open to anything in $3500 or less range so let me know what you got.
