bearing carrier question??

With my axle out, should I be able to reach my finger in and turn the bearing? How about the center tube? I just swapped my axle out and realized I couldn't turn the bearings with my finger.

Are they kinda stiff and when you get rolling the loosen up with a load placed on them?

You should be able to turn them with your finger for sure.

You should be able to turn them with your fingers...granted they are going to be stiff, you should still be able to turn them. You have a stock carrier I am guessing?
