if you take care of a 450r, it will last almost forever

I have heard that they last I was looking for something that fits right the other quads I have ridden they fill like you are riding on top of a 55 gal drum the Honda sets so much better how is the turning radius on them. Is the 450r tighter then the Polaris and kawi.

mine seems to turn alright but if you get an 06 or above you'll want to swap out the spindles for 04/05 because the 06+ dont turn at all

What seem to be the problem with the 06+? What is the difference between the 04-05 and the 06 models is it some thing that can be fixed easy and cheap or hard that involves big money

I own a 07 450r and i love it. Im a big honda guy but i got to ride suzukis new 450 and wow. if i were to do it again i would probably buy that bike. for a big guy like myself it rode like a cadillac and had the power to boot.

the 06 and newer have a weak motor and horrible handling. you can fix the handling by putting 04-05 spindles on it, but it would be a whole lot easier to go with a 04-05. and the suzuki is awesome. 48 inches wide stock, fuel inj, no jetting, and a comfortable powerful ride. but its entirely what you want.

I would hold out for a KTM. I have heard really good things.
