Fuel leak need help

I have a fuel leak out of the overflow tube after a couple of minutes of the engine running. I thought the float was getting stuck or something on that order.

I have had my carb completely apart 3 times now; I even had a couple of experts go through it and they cant find anything wrong with it.

The only way I can get the fuel to stop flowing out once it starts is to shut the fuel off at the petcock.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be causing this?

did you check the needle seat. if not you could have a groove in the rubber tip and that will make the bowl overflow.
