450r parts on 400ex [Archive]

anyone kno if the 06 450r a-arms mount up to an 05 400ex?? i might be falling into a set of a-arms and front shocks...the extra 1"-1.5" would be nice for around $200!!

i always wondered the same thing because i want a-arms less than +2" but I dont want to pay $500 for them

No they will not work without major frame modifications.

i saw something about this about a week ago and i think they were saying that a 450 swinger could fit on the 400 but not the other way around... jsut do a search and you will find it... it had all the details on what it took to make it work
