i have a little black smoke coming out when i jam it hard.. i did recenlty change oil (yesterday) and havent ridden yet.. just fired it up.. there is a little to much oil.. dont get me wrong.. just a little.. like its up on the dipstick were it says higher. ty. what is the smoke?

my guess is your motor is getting slightly on the tired side. Maybe you should try putting new rings in it..

Or if the cylinders worn, get it bored. (Good excuse to go 416!)

Or maybe its your jetting.

Don't go completely by me, wait to see what others say, cuz im only guessing

the motor just got a complete rebuild.. cant be that..

black smoke means you're burning rich. check the plug and see if it's black if it is replace it and see if it clears up a little if not adjust your jetting a little. if it's only a little black smoke you're only off by a little bit so just go with small adjustments till it's good again.

cool ty.. i wouldnt have noticed but i was in a room with all white walls.. ill pick up a lug today. ty again

ok, like what i also said, check the jetting. like he said^ new plug and slightly smaller jets.

forgot to mention...check your air filter too if that's real dirty it will restrict air flow and richen the fuel mixture.
