its a sweet ride from the looks, here are my suggestions

polish up some parts, such as the thumb throttle lever, tt cover, brake rezzy covers, ect, and cut those fenders, nerfs, and remove those heel gaurds

Last one: Got a Picture of my Brother's 250r, and my Dad's Raptor with mine. Also got some of my Pipe for the Guys that were looking at the TC Pipe. No I am setting it up for XC so the Fenders will be staying on there.

thats a friggon nice 250r, i have works with rezzies and im gettin a denton steering damper where am i gonna put the stabilizer????? i cant move the rezzies liek u can i mount the steering damper any other way? how loud is that pipe? how much? hows the fit? how do you like it? has it ever mad contact with the tire/caliper etc? how easy was it to cut the headpipe? how is the power?

Ask Rico. He has the Works with Rezzies and a Stabilizer. It will work. The Pipe is very loud. $319 from TC. It fits very nice. I like it a lot. I don`t jump much, but with Shocks it would be very hard to hit the Pipe. You just cut 5-1/2 Inches off the Header, not a big deal, just make it perfect. It adds more bottom end then anything. I like it and would buy it again.

dude that is one *****in' pipe and get a parking brake blockoff plate! Nac's makes them. that was one of the first things i bought actually. cheap and idiot-proof to install. later gator!

Yeah I plan on getting all the stuff Nac's makes for my 400. Case Saver, Block Off, everything. I`m going to get a RTC Clutch Lever, Galfer Lines, and a bunch of other stuff that is for looks mostly.

That TC sticker looks familiar. Where's the rest of them? Don't tell me ya sold them.:) The quad looks good. Don't cut the fenders if you're going to do xc. Man I look like I was out rolling around in the mud after a race and I have full fenders. The poor guys with cut fenders really take a beating. Good luck.

Ray, the rest of the stickers are in my room. I`m not sure where to put them yet.
Yeah it sits low because of the SSD Springs. I didn`t realize it sat so low until I saw the Pictures. I think I should try making it sit a bit higher so I don`t get stuck on stuff in the Woods. I may have to mess with that, but the Shocks are awesome.
Yeah Rico I have never had complete Pictures of my Quad. These are from last Saturday and how it sits now. I still plan on adding a lot more Mods, but it all costs money, a lot of money. It is coming together better then I expected though.

hey rico, that doesnt hurt the hoses at all? i got the a t steelers wit rezzies , i just dont wanna fruink anything up and the pep steering stabilizer is kinda ugly

You should of gotten a Denton or a Stabilizer that goes from the front frame rail to the stem. PEP goes from the motor mount to the stem, unless they changed. They shouldn`t be in the way if that's the case.

well just my opinion i would keep the heelguard...especially for xc. i kept mine and i never notice how much my foot rubs the guard when i just cruisin the trails. if you think about it , your foot would be on the treads of the tire and that would hurt. i love the bike...xc quads are my favorite. defintly love the shocks and the pipe. keep us updated on new mods...lata

Rico, how do you like your steering stab.? does it help alot. How would it help in the dunes you think? I dont only ride in the dunes so i dont want to just compare it to that.

How come the a-arm angles on that R are so extreme? It looks as low as your EX, yet the a-arms are all up like that?

Nice R and 400ex, let me reccomend egtting handguards, nerf's and sticker kit and you will by stylin man ecspecially get handguards for xc and nerf's then get sticker kit

Nerfs for XC? Most guys just run Wide Pegs.

Sweet 250R. Why does the a arms angle look more then most others. That is wierd cause it still sits really low.

Nerfs aren't so great for XC cause the will catch and drag stuff...

Well the 250 isn`t quite as low as mine, but now that you point that out I have no idea. He has Works Triple Rates on the Front. Everything is on right. I think he has all the Sag or what the Shocks did drop adjusted out of it, because he said they sucked when he Raced. He wants to get some TCS or PEP's.
I was going to get Nerfs, but I don't like how most of them stick out past the Tires. I really don`t think they are needed for XC. For now I am just going to get some Nac's peg extenders and try those out. Yeah I do need to get some Handguards, just not sure what to get. I`m not to worried about Graphics yet. That may be next winter.
