does anyone know anything on these caddys? theres one for sale by me and it got the 4.1 in it. its got 88k miles and hes asking 2000. hey, a caddys a caddy, they ride great. my mom has 3 cars and she just lets me drive one of them(i cant complain 04 civic, 04 sonata and 02 explorer), but i'd like the feeling of buying my own car. i don't think id keep it long, id probably sell it when i find something else like a nice integra or dsm.

heres a pic of it

Depends on the price. Personally if you are on a budget why not find a more common car that would be alot easier to get parts for if it breaks down? If you are considering a DSM or Integra why not just look at something similar such as a civic?

I thought about that and just figured that it'd be cool just to have a caddy for a lil. lol

I'd say no. Big, slow and heavy.

4.1's are difficult and expensive motors to work on. Not one of Cadillac's better ideas.

And talk about bad gas mileage. I think they were rated for 10-12 mpg back then! Although I would be a sick pimpmobile. the ladies would like it. I would deff. sport that if i could. Or an old deville or seville.

Check the rear frame rails and around the rear bumper they were really prone to rotting out in those areas.
