my quad is not starting hesitates to crank and just won't fire, it was sitting for two weeks prior to this attempt. Help!!!

Charge the battery, change the plug, and make sure your gas is good. If it hesitates to crank it could be a poor charged battery. If it won't fire it could be your plug and if it won't idle well could be bad gas.

my quad does the samething, i swapped in a #42 pilot jet and took out the choke; the choke never really seemed to do anything. but as for your question, i usually have to drain the bowl on my carb, take the drain hose that runs infront of the rear shock between the swing arm pivot and put the hose into a can, on the left side of the bike their is a threaded plug on the carb, usa a flat head screw driver and loosen the plug, it is near the the choke lever, w/ gas valve on drain the carb. if i do this my quad always fires. kind of a pain in the a** but it works.
