View Full Version : Clutch push rod removal??

Repalced all the clutch componets on my 04 450r but i cant get the clutch push rod to come out. I tried using a magnet etc, seems like it has a bur / got mushroomed over on the end that the clutch arm hits it. Anyone ever have a problem getting your rod out? :eek2: :p

move the lever on the side of the motor where the cable hooks up.
