Is money an object? If not, I think you should give Russ Fletch (http://www.fletchtrick.com) a call. He built my 440, and, even though it was real spendy, it out pulls all the others. If you decide to call him up, tell him you want a FAST 400ex. He can build you one.

I normally ride in the nevada, and oregon deserts. I also ride the dunes alot more, though. I like to have ALOT of power, and am sick of getting beaten by banshees and raptors. Right now I am thinking about getting the trinity motor. I do not want to bore my motor out to a 500+cc, but I want alot of power and reliability out of a fairly small motor. I also don't want to run my bike on alchohol either.

Then I would look for a Bore around 465. Sparks, TC, FDO, Trinity, LRD, and more. I think FDO would get your Motor done the fastest. TC is also very good. I think Oldnumber7 said he dynoed his Trinity 465 at 49hp. When I talked to TC he said he could get a 440 to have around 50. It's hard to choose.

You know, I am seriously considering the TC 505 kit, I know that it needs alot of stuff to help sool it down:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I would get the XR's Only big fin kit, Air Scoops, and a Bigger Oil Tank.

If that fst or powroll oil cooler actually cools it down 50 degrees, then i will get that, and a bigger oil tank.

If your going to get a TC 505, he will tell you NOT to get the FST oil cooler,,,I bought one for mine and he made me get rid of it!! He said you dont need it unless you are running cross country or desert racing, or running for extended hours at a time,,,if thats what you will be doing then it will be OK!!! I mostly drag race sdo i didnt need it, and like i told you in the PM, the 505 doesnt get too hot!!

there is a guy over there name Chad that has a 502 kit in his EX,,he has a dyno link showing his bike running 44HP on the dyno,,,,Extreme and me over there have been telling him that there must be something wrong with his bike,,,and he said there is no way that my bike or any EX would ever be close to 60 HP that a EX is impossible to get that many ponies,,,and he said with his 44HP 502, NO ONE has ever crossed the line before him!!!! What a joke!!

Yep there is something really wrong with that 502. A 440 should get 44 easy, if it`s built right.
