Paul Best??

Has anybody ever heard of a guy named paul best out of PA ?
I think i will be taking my motor there to get some work down and was wondering if anyone has seen his work and how well he does ? He does all his own motor work himself and just wanted to know how reliable and the qualuty of his work thanks
