250r motor

i am looking at a suzuki 250r but theres something wrong with the motor. It was being driven and coasted into neutral when it stalls out and then lost all compression. Could this b a blown motor or is it something less serious??

maybe a head gasket, my friends blaster stripped the plugs threads and the plug shot out, maybe that happened
