high comp. piston questions

i'm looking into one maybe around christmas but i've got a few questions...

1. how much gain would i get out of a 10.5:1 or 11:1 piston in my 300?

2. jetting? probably but just wondering

whats the stock comp.? i think for every point you get a 6.6% increase in power. you may have to reget mabye like a size bigger, but i dont know
