Is this a good muffler slip -on? anyone have one? or whats a good muffler slipon under $ 400 - Thanks

i've seen them on WB's web site. they look pretty slick. i have the E2 which is similar in shape. i would imagine they probably sound close to the same. not sure about the gains though.

i would say the best bang for the buck would be the HMF sport series. i hear good things about them. and the slip on's are around $240. (can't beat that)

i heard one that had the insert in it and it pretty much sounded like a stock exhaust, never heard one without the quiet core in it

HMF all the way, just got mine for 220 somethin got a nice deep throaty sound to em

yeah when i put my E2 on the quiet core was the first thing to go. i started it up for like 5 seconds and was like what the heck, so i took it out. sounded so much better. i believe the competetion tip makes it 102 db compared to the 96 the quiet core has.

of course mine did get louder when i put the big headers on. it sounds good though.
