How long does it take and how hard is it . do u need anything special like grease or oil etc.....

it's pretty straight forward install took me about an hour or so, was a while ago. i used some lithium grease on the upper pivot mount on the shaft. overall really easy.

What length steering stem did you get?? Std., +1 or +2 .. Or should I say what do you recommend??
yeah i want a longer steering stem but i'm not sure what to go with, +1" or +2".

Do you need the bars alot higher? Or just a little?
well right now i'm 6' and in another year i will be around 6'3" and me just being 6' always standing up, sometimes i feel like i'm positioned over the front end rather than comfortable. thats why i figured a taller steering stem wuld be nice but idk how tall to get it.
