That's just under average price for an ATC70. If you're going to sink money into it, plan on keeping it, they're not very easy to sell unless it's one of the more collectable years.

The first year, 1973 ,with the flames on the tank. And the most desireable of all the ATC70's (this just gave me a reason to post a pic of mine again), the blue '83.

The blue 70 was never sold, it was a dealer promotion at Christmas 1982. Each dealer got only one and they were given away. I've heard people tell me it's fake, that Honda never made a blue one. Honda doesn't even list it in their model ID book and it was never listed on the original sales brouchure. But I've got something just as rare as the trike itself, the original flier Honda sent to customers in November of '82.

I had a blue one. It was my first bike that my parents bought for me when I was 4. Man am I kickin myself now. I saw that on your brochure it had an original honda kick'n go. I found one of those in the garbage a few years back

Nice trike! Are you the original owner? This was a local find that I just wanted since I saw them down at the sand dunes. There are more out there, just have to find them.

Most of the time people don't know what they have and it winds up in a shed, garage, or even outside just rotting away.

The oil in this one I got looks like chit! I have goods coming to make it run.

You know of anywhere to get plastics other than red?

No, I'm not the original owner of the trike, I came across it at a swap meet. I am the original owner of the Christmas flier though. Maier makes plastic for ATC70's.
