if anyone knows how to soften or harden the suspension on a 250ex or if its not posible please tell me how to do it. thanks :)

you can't without buying new shocks. Very soon I will be trying to put 300ex shocks on the front of my cousin's 250ex will let you know how it turns out.

To sofen the shocks jump it till they are shot.:)
