I was having some trouble with my clutch yesterday, Ended up something clutches. I threw a new set yesterday after we got back from riding. Anyway when look at the bars my asv lever is now screwed out quite a bit, say 1/2" or a touch better than that. Is that what want or should be or should it be all the way in almost? For some reason I can't even think You turn the X shaped billet piece and screw with a sleeve on the end the end the clutch cable scerws into pushes itself towards the middle of the bar. I'm thinking it should be almost against the adjuster knob with new cluthces?

Straighten me out. thanks fellas

you need to make the adjustment at the motor. first, take your perch to full slack position. then, loosten the two nuts at the motor mount and try to get nearly all the slack out...then tighten. Now your perch should take out the rest of the slack properly.
