Why can't I?

How come whenever I try to upload new pictures on my myspace it keeps giving me an error saying "IOError uploading file"...

I have the picture saved in the right file type and the right size.. Please help me I'm in need of some updated pictures..

I've tried uploading them on a new album and an old album..

That normally is because the file size of the picture has been exceeded
