How bad should a 07 stock 400ex tick? I adjusted my valves and it still seems to tick reasonably bad? Is that norm or what?

There fairly loud motors

.04 mm and .05mm right?
Make sure you adj. them in MM's

i have an 03 400ex i just ajusted the valve and you cant really here the ticking anymore at all so make sure you tightend then and they didnt come lose or somthin id re spec them

NO NO NO....it's .004" for the intake and .005" for the exhaust. Or it is .10mm for the intake and .12-.13mm for the exhaust

do the .004 and .005 measurements thats what i did and that took the ticking away
