Stage 1 Hot cam question

Do they have decompression holes in them?
The shop that is doing my work says there are no holes for decompressors to be hooked to.
I thought they did not need any sort of decompression but wanted to ask you guys that are familiar with them before the engine goes back together.

all aftermarket cams do not use the decompression mechanism. neither my WB cam, my stage 2 or my stage 3 had it. works just fine without it.
