I thought the motorcross version was just going to be the 450xc because of the engine cc'S. Now I read in atvaction that in 2009 their will be a 525sx and a 450sx models for motorcross.

Anyone have more info on this? Will it just be the xc's with an a-arm kit or will they do more like a smaller gas tank for less weight?

Great now i dont know if i should wait or get it now and throw the a-arm kit on

I just read more and KTM may have a 250 atv due out in 2010, possibly a two stroke.

It won't be in the US. Not a 2 stroke anyway.

a two stroke 250 would be really sweet to bring back but i just dont see it happening any time soon. The market is much too small for a 250 2 stroke

It would be pointless anyway. Can't sell them in the U.S. 2 stroke that is .

you can if its labeled for competition use only you can and they are also importing it so it dont have to pass us homogalation most of the time, that is the thing the big 3 dont want to label them competition only then they would not be forestry approved

If KTM make a quad with the 300XC engine in it I would buy one. It would be a sick woods bike. Close course competition bikes arnt regulated like off-road bikes are. Its just no manufactuer has the balls to make a competition bike.

The 250 would be a 4 stroke it would fit in for a production lites atv class. Suzuki has been mentioning making the same thing.
