Bill Me Later is good.. VERY high interest rate at 19.99%. Can build your credit, but probably wont get approved if you dont have credit already.. You dont have a specific credit line which is nice, but I am sure they will only approve so much for each purchase. I have used it a few times, but pay the stuff off right away so it doesnt cost too much in interest. Lots of places have started accepting it so I think it is going to get BIG.. anyways, since I have used it, if you have any questions let me know and I will do my best to help answer them.:D

The easiest way to build credit is with a secured credit card. The one I used to establish credit is $35 a year. Basically you give the company $300 and your limit is $300 and you use it like a normal credit card paying monthly etc. When you close your card/account you get the $300 back.
