ttr 230 or ttr 250 ?

Hi everyone

due to my father's work, we can get an hand on a ttr 230 2006 and a ttr 250 2006 for cheap

we would like to buy one of them to play around in trails and sand pit and make some lil jumps

i never ride any mx bikes ( i owned an atv)but my dad did when he was younger, so we can say that we are mx begginers.

i find the 230 perfect for my heigh , im 5f11 and my dad 5f9.
but the 250 seems a lil bit higher

also are those bikes good?

which one should we get?

Both should be good. The 250 should have more power, better suspension, and a headlight.

the only thing my dad will dislike about the 250 is the heigh, my dad is only 5f9...

were not going to do any night riding, so the light we dont really care, and my dad wont do jump( he starts to be old )

The last time I checked TTR's were trail bikes. Not Motocross bikes :p
Any how, they're both great bikes. The 250 would apparently have more power over the 230.

my bad, im new to these type of bikes hehe

yea 250 has more power but we should go with the 230 bc for 2 beginners i think it will be the best....
