i have a stock 400ex with a modded stock pipe on it(guy i got it from ran a pipe straight thru the chambers). i'm gettig a uni filter for it and don't know what jets are a good starting point. right now it has 150k main, 45 slow, needle is on the third notch down. will be getting a new pipe eventually. any help is appreciatted. thanks

What is the elevation where your at? I had the exact setup and it is 700 feet here.......I was running a 155 main, 42 pilot, and 3rd position on the clip......all the way in and 2.5 turns out on the screw. Air box lid off.

Keep in mind that temperature does affect jetting. Colder air = leaner mixture and vise versa.

Im also in PA and ran with the same mods for a while with the set up that ohsobad_chevy stated and it ran great.
