my 400ex is mainly stock only bored .20 over, what is the best pipe i can buy. i want it loud also

loudest you are gonna get is straight up open chamber...... i.e straight header.:D if you want it to function though hmf is the most commonly suggested upgrade.

This why we have so many riding places getting closed. Loud doesn't always mean more power.
