all bushing and bearings have been replacedTHIS BIKE HAS 1 RIDE ON IT SINCE I HAVE REDONE EVERYTHING

Lots of extras, 3 or 4 sets of tires, couple sets of handlebars, stock exhaust, IMS tank, handgaurds, 3 whole tubs full of stuff.

Got way too much in it to let it go that cheap. I was hoping it was worth about 5500 or so. Thanks for your opinions.

What is worth and what you will sell it for are different. but long as you dont get antsy you probably could get closer to what you want out of it. bought my last 02 400ex for 1700. sold it 6 months later for 2400. I dont get in a hurry and I dont take offers when they show up for a test ride. If they didnt have what you were asking they wouldn't drive to come test drive it. my therory anyways.
