XC cams -specs /opinions

i have had an 4 built motor by C&D with a hot cams stage 2 that was an awesome motor but i got an 06 now and am looking to build it and was curious to what cams you guys are running now, i was looking at a sparks but do any of you know the gind of the sparks cam so it could be compared to others? i know im not interested in a hc stage 1 but hagt about the hrc or a CRF cam i know back in 04 one of the CRF cams ws supposed to be better than the HRC said some but im looking for xc not a top end cam

i had an 07 450er with a sparks cam in it...the cam made killer power, matter of fact, to much lol...it was way to jerky for XC riding and wore me out...u may be diff. but i sold my 07 and went back to my 05....but i would not reccomend the sparks for XC......hot cams 2 is a good came for XC and i hear baldwin makes a good one.....and i hear the 02 and 03 CRF cams are good

I have the Baldwin in my 07 and like it a lot. It's not the most aggressive cam out there, but I like the bottom end it gave.

yeah im running an 03 and i love it. Perfect power from it for xc
