these are CNC machined from a solid bar of 7/8 hex. It is all one piece, The material is 4140 stainless steel very very strong! Beware of other spacers made from cheaper alloys. They are black oxide coated for rust protection in case you where woundering why they are black. any other ?'s just let me know
