Full exhaust....need opinions plz.

Ok well im sure this ? is asked alot but i did a search and didnt find what i was looking for. I've got an 07 400ex and want more power. What full exhaut system will yeild the highest hp and tq gains also what filter/air box mod, and jets will I need to get the highest numbers. Any help would be greatly appriciated. One more ? would it be worth it to put a 450r carb on my bike?

ok well here it goes.... i would say Yoshi sparks fmf of hmf... hmf is the cheapest and Yoshi is the most expensive but eveyone is going to have there opinion... i have hmf but my buddies have yoshi and if money is no object i would go yoshi or sparks.. i use dyno jets... and they say that unless you have a built motor its not worth the money..

Yoshi is the cheapest. I paid less than 400 for my Yoshi full system just over a month ago through Rocky Mountain. Amazing quality for the price.

yoshi and sparks are the two best. sparks is one of the more expensive pipes. you can get a yoshi for less than the hmf.

wow man when i was looking at purchasing a pipe i looked at yoshi and sparks and all the other one and yoshi was like 600 + but im very satisfied with my hmf....

what core is better to go with for the sparks exhaust the big core or standard core??

correct me if im wrong but big core = heavy built motor and standard core = lightly modded. i think
