form the changes they did to the newer 450r's did they change the frame from 05 to 06...

was it a big enough change where i CANT put 06 a-arms and a 06 motor in it???

i think the a arms will work, but might have to fab to get engine to fit.

The a-arms will bolt to the frame fine but if you want to use 06 arms on the 05 frame you'll need to use the 06 spindles too.

And to fit the 06 engine in an 05 frame u'd have murder everything. I've never seen anyone do it yet.
All the engine mounts and locations for everything are different.
