Got my new 450 today!

Excited rider!!!

Thanks to everyone who help me with a few questions earlier this week. Today I picked up my new 07 Red\Blk 450r with the HRC kit installed for $6100 OTD. I also have a new Fullbore hood with HID's on order.

It is replacing my 400ex with slip-on, can't wait to take it out for the break in.

I sure hope it delivers more power, which has been my only worry. I just want it to be a good investment from trail riding and the dunes at the end of the month! Can't wait to see if it pulls me up the dunes faster.....

- What would be the first upgrade change I need to make?
- Should I use the ebrake plate like the 400EX?

congrats on the new bike. i can't wait til my day comes. I would clean those bars up a bit with a pb, hell while you are spending that money pick up some bars. I like Pro taper SE high bend. Good luck w/ your new bike and break it in properly.

you'll like it...do suspension mods first then power...and def put the parking brake block off on it...
