How much do you guys think i can get for my bike? KBB says 3200 and some change and it has over 2 grand in modifications.


Year of bike/Bike Brand/Model: 2003 honda crf450

Condition-Excellent!

Aftermarket Parts:
kps suspension
white bros pipe
boyesen quickshot
renthal bars/grips/sunline grip donuts
ported
sdg tall seat(comes with a blue/black throttlejockey seat)
renthal chain/sprockets
white bros graphics
polished upper frame
white plastics
works connection radiator braces

Things Recently Replaced or Rebuilt:
Top-end rebuilt/valves
New Chain and Sprockets
New Rear Tire/1 ride on rear
graphics - 1 ride

Im not that kind of person that will stick with something for too long, im always bouncing from one thing to another. I'm probably going to sell this and get a 250 smoker some time within the next 2 or 3 months or even a 250f. You know? just seeing whats out there.

Im pretty sure sooner or later there will be a bike i will fall in love with and never resell:cool:

I think yout could pull somewhere betweend 3500-4200

If it was mine and forsale, id put it up for like 4500 and go from there.

its an 03, although that sounds new, its "5 years old" soon. id try about 3500. does that sound good?

i would say 2300-2800 im looking for a bike and i found many 05 450's for 2700 and 04's for 2300 but im not the one to say how much its worth

If it was mine and forsale, id put it up for like 4500 and go from there. HELL NO. You could buy a leftover 07 for 4200. Like someone else said, in model years, it's 5 years old. That's a LONG time in terms of motocross bikes. 06-07 450's for for right around 3000 depending on what's done to them.

You're previous post made sense, this one i will have to question. Not once in the past 4 years i've been interested in dirtbikes have i ever seen a current year "new bike" go for 4200 maybe some dealerships who are clearing out 125's, but thats it. Most 07 USED bikes go for 4200 on a private sale. We're also going by normal prices not sponsored or discount rider prices.

My asking price as of now is 2500 and willing to negotiate which i think is very fair.

What do you guys think?

seltzer honda up here had 07 450's for $4350.

I'd probably be looking for somewhere around $2500-$3000

Yah I kinda feel for you with not being able to find a bike you like. How'd you like your old kx 125?
