Anyone hear of any leftover 05's still out there around the MD, PA, WV area? Thinking about running a backup/practice bike for next year and would like everything to interchange. I heard of guys still picking them up months ago.

i have to pick up parts today in jersey. I will ask them. I konw i got the last 05 from my dealer but i think another dealer has 2 or 3.

cycle world of cherry hill has at least 2 still. *******s are puttin the hrc kit in for practially free too. 6g's out the door(no hrc) in january of this year, probably 5800 WITH the hrc kit now.

what are you looking to spend? If I where going to by new I would buy an 05. Your money is better spent on one with aftermarket upgrades and the updated crank installed.

I would rather start with a new bike and upgrade the way I want. Plus I have had 2 05's and neither has had any crank bearing problems.

I would also look at somebody who is selling privatly, and just hadnt ridden much. I found mine it was bone stock in MINT shape, dude bought it like a year ago and barely rode it, it was basically new, and i got it for $3900

there was a place down in kentucky that was selling left over 05's for 5200 or 5800 out the door i cant really remember tho...

nor do i know the name of the place, but a guy i race with went to pick one up a few weeks ago

i got my 05 out the door for 4900 bucks last november but i think petes cycle on belair rd. still has one or two give them a call i seen one up there not too long ago
