Sprocket/Chain

i had posted this in the powertrain section, but wasnt getting much response, and i need answers soon.
i need a new chain and sprockets, and i wanted to got to a 14t in the front. should i get a new sprocket thats the same size, or just keep the one thats on, or get a new one thats a different size. i ride the trails around here, but ride at the track mostly if that helps. and with the chain, what size do i need? also what kind should i get? i was thinking renthal, but i dont know:confused: thanks in advance!

id keep the 15 tooth, i think the 14 tooth would just be a little too low for u seeing how ur riding motox most of the time. i have a regina chain.... they seem to hold up well.
