Engine Question

I Want to get a 416 kit with a 11:1 compression piston and a port job. One of my valve cover botls stripped out a few months ago, and I had it heli-coiled. Would I still be able to get heavy duty head studs?

Also I have a hotcam stage 1 with an HMF slip-on and no airbox with with a twin air airfilter.

What horsepower would I be running at if this 416 engine build with the piston and port job was built well?
