Bought a new ion off ebay

I made my first eBay purchase a couple days ago. I bought a new unopened smartparts ion for 175.95 shipped with a free empire case. Since this is my first ebay purchase how can I tell if the product I'm getting wasn't like refurbished and then sealed again or internals replaced and sealed again or if it's in the original plastic straight from smartparts? The seller had 48 all positive 100% feedback. He responded to all my e-mails and when the payment was sent he left me good feedback. I boguht this because the price was good. I still might buy an ion that was never shot with a $150 body kit, freak barrel(not whole kit), anti-siphon co2 valve(just untill i got a n2 tank), and a drop forward for $250 off my buddy(it is worth way more than hes selling it to me for). He has the manuel for it but not the wrenches or box. I'd still have to spend another 150 dollars on a nice hopper and n2 tank. Or I could keep the ion I bought off ebay and save $70. The parts he has on the gun are sick, but not necessities. Should I buy his gun which I know is new and never used or keep the one from ebay? Btw my friend with the ion has a $1,200 hybrid and another $1,100 gun both with about $400 worth of parts into each. here is the link to the ion off ebay

I had a ION for a backup gun. People talked so much **** at the tourneys aha. I just recently sold it. I now have a EGO7 with a shocker backup. I always trade guns. like every other week aha

I never played anything crazy, but people always talked **** about it too... and 75% of the time I had the most people out and I was one of the last guys left.
