pipe and rear tires

i ride moslty trails with some sand and light mud and im lookin for some new tires should i get regular razrs, itp gncc holeshots, itp xcr holeshots or kenda klaws? i wanna be able to slide the rear when i want too without bicycling around the turn

also getting a new s/o pipe soon. im looking for more power on the bottom and midrange, should i get a motoworks sr4 or a drd pipe
