300ex piston

Can anyone tell me where I can find engine specs on a 2000 300ex & a 93 250x.I will soon have a 11to1 piston out of my 300ex that I won't be using & would like to put it in my freinds 250x if it will fit.Thanks for any help Daryl

uhm, the 250X's piston is 6 mm smaller than the 300EXs, it that helps at all
