my son is racing mx and i would like to know which of this shocks will work better, he is a tiny boy that weights 55 lbs. I saw that theres an extension for the rear shocks and I dont know how does that differ from the stock one.

I put the fox rear shock on my son's 125 the day I got it. The rear stock shock was real bad. Then I put elkas on the front. he love's this setup.

Rear shock from a klx110, should cost around 300 dollars.

I put Elkas on my sons Typhoon 70. Elka has a set up for the Typhoon, and I can tell you that it makes a big difference. The tech. that I talked to was very easy to talk to also. I recomend them. My son was 7 and also wieghed 55 -60 lbs. Just give elka the riders weight, ability and style of use. (mx,trail, gncc) They will hook you up.

No I meant the Float from a klx 110 shock works on the Xtreme.
