Handlebar Clean-Up!!!

I want to clean up my handlebars and add an aftermarket set. What are some good handlebars? I know the bend is personal preference, but what are some quality bars that fit the stock clamps? Also how can I clean up the handlebars? I do need the choke and reverse, but could use one of those red button levers, and maybe a carb-mounted choke if it's not too hard to install. Thanks!!!

i made this, its aluminum i cut out and drilled a few hole in it. then i got some carbon fiber vinyl sticker stuff and cut it to shape.

theres a guy who makes these and sells them, he can put letters on it like kfx400. i dont remember who its is. go to z400central.com and search custom dash and look for a long thread.

i dont know about you but my reverse nob on my kfx is on the right fender.

also try searching clean dash on this site under ltz/kfx, theres a few thread about this stuff.

Carb choke is easy. Should take a few mins to install. You can get Parking brake block off and remove the parking brake. If you do that you can install a RM kill switch and make that your start button. I did them all and really cleaned up the bars.

u can take out the nuetral saftey switch and just stuff it down under the hood or cut the wires and spline them together, either works. zip tie wires and cables together looks good. just get a set of Fly atv bend bars. they are really cheap and REALLY comfy. i got my dad and 3 of my buddies running them now. as for the lights and key, i did this when ever i had my z400..
