i think it is pretty quiet, i have not heard one, but rumors are they are a lot quieter than some, if your looking for a lot of power, go with a sparks, rossier, or a DASA. they are the best for the 450rs.
and if your wanting a loud pipe those are the loudest, but if your looking for a quiet pipe, they all can get quiet cores.

see I like everything about the white brothers system and I dont think I need to add a quite core to pass the db test but thats just me....

im guessing that the db level you have to pass is 99db, the 3 systems out perform the white brothers, but the exhausts also need quite cores, the rossier you can get for like 390, and add the quite core, and at twelve discs it adds like .5hp

Love my White Bros Pro and I had a Sparks and bought this pipe and rode it and decided to sell my Sparks ! It can be loud but not quite as loud as the other mentioned. All are great pipes just make sure you get the newer White Bros as the one with the funny bend isn't as good.
