This is a WRH racing built pipe for a Kasea.Will also work on Etons with a rear hanger bracket.This pipe makes great power.Perfect shape.

is there a difference between the pipes billy holt builds for the 70 versus the 90?

I assume there is but what the difference is exactly,I don't know.When I bought it from Billy he said it was designed for a 70cc engine.
