A-Arm bearings_change?-grease?-replace?

My top a-arms have a slite play, I have never done anything to them since purchase of quad over 1 year ago.

help, tell me do i change the bearings and seals, or what.
Just the 2 front ones on the 2 top a-arms are loose.
Do I change just them?

Make sure the bolts are tight first.

Bolts are fine,there is still a small play.
